1. Introduction

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website.

2. Service Delivery

2.1 After we have successfully received your payment, your information will be reviewed and will contact you directly. This may take up to 6 business days. 2.2 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2.3 Purchase of any online nutrition service is for your own sole personal use and it is forbidden to distribute or publish or use for professional purposes without our consent. The online nutrition services remain our intellectual property. Upon making a purchase of an online program, you agree with all these terms of service and any distribution without our consent will be deemed an infringement on our intellectual property.

3. Contact Policy

Mira nutri Clinic only provides service support to verified customers. We will contact you by email or whatsapp or skype call. Our general support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (Eastern Time), please be aware of possible time differences. During this time, we generally reply to any support queries in order received within 24- 36 hours depending on the issue complexity and our workload.

4. Return Policy

4.1 If you have purchased one of our services,WE DO NOT OFFER REFUND OR EXCHANGE for any online material/program but you can postpone your subsription.

4.2 Our policy lasts 15 days for physical products. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You might be required to pay for any returns charge. Refunds might be issued if the product was damaged in shipping or is defectice.

4.3 Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Food and supplements cannot be returned.

5. Your Information

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, phone number, email address, etc...

6. Payment

Our gateaway is powered by bank of Beirut. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

When you make a payment or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number). All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

7. Changes

7.1 The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

7.2 Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

7.3 We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time.

7.4 We shall not be liable to you or to any other party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

8. Age of consent

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

9. Errors

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

11. Expiry

You have 3 months period to use our sessions after you do the first session with Mira.

12. Booked session cancellation

If you booked a prepaid session with Mira and you want to cancel:

  • Cancellation made before 6 hours of the booked session, can be rescheduled.
  • Cancellation made after within 6 hours of the booked session, can’t be refunded.
