Here in Mira’s Nutri Clinic we don’t believe in diets or in insanely exercise but we rather believe in the happy lifestyle that is filled with positivity and that doesn’t include starving or getting yourself nervous over food.

I’m really glad that you are here, I will be providing you with the best nutritional information, most delicious recipes and will start changing your lives to the better. I’m Mira Abed Rabbo, dietitian and meal planning specialist. I got my bachelors degree in Nutrition & dietetics from USJ in Beirut in 2010. After that I underwent training sessions for 10 months in a hospital in Beirut so that i could gain the permission to practice this profession from the Lebanese Ministry of Health.

After several years of gaining experience in my clinic and through online consultation and after attending a lot of training sessions that deal with nutrition, I decided to become an anti diet dietitian. Today i’m doing this campaign on all of my social media platforms and i’m glad to be helping a lot of people change their lives the moment they join my programs.

Whereabouts

I’m a lebanese dietitian, mother of two children and i’m currently living among both Lebanon and the US. Since i was little i loved the kitchen and i had a passion for the different variety of food and in trying new food and restaurants.

When I graduated from high school i decided that i wanted to study nutrition and meal planning because i was sure that when i do something i love i’m gonna do it with absolute passion; This is gladly what everyone that works with me or follows me on my social media notices first.
